Last Week of Classes
This past week was my last week of classes for the semester. I cannot believe that time has flown by so quickly! It feels like just yesterday that I was boarding a plane to start what would be one of the most amazing experiences of my life so far.
Even though this was the last week of classes, it was packed full of things to do! Monday, I came back from Portugal in time for my political science class and then attended an End of the Year Reception with SFC and other students and faculty that have made MUDEC even more successful than its potential. (Which means I was up for about 22 hours!) Wednesday, SFC coordinated the donation of a tree to the city of Differdange in the Class of Spring 2015 and MUDEC's honor. It is an American (how fitting) Oak and went along with Sustainability Week at the Chateau. Officials from Differdange and faculty, staff, and students came to celebrate at the dedication. Yesterday (Friday), we had our Spring 2015 Awards Banquet. I was one of the Masters of Ceremonies for the event. I was also awarded with The Dean's Honorary Commendation for Outstanding Academic Performance & Contribution to the MUDEC Community.
That was about it for this week! But I have quite the busy weekend ahead so be ready for some more posts!
Talk to you soon (Actually see you soon! Less than a week!),
