We all know the real reason that everyone studies abroad is to travel, of course, but we do have to actually take classes (I know what a bummer). This morning I registered for classes and luckily got all of my first choices! My study tour course is sociology and my sprint study tour course is Italian literature. I will also be taking political science, German, two international studies courses and the two Luxembourg courses we are required to take. Looking at my schedule makes it feel so much closer! I can't wait!
I (well my lovely and generous parents) have officially bought my plane ticket for January 20th! I will have a 10 hour layover, but who cares because it is in AMSTERDAM! I am so excited, I can't even contain myself. I've been searching all of the best things to do on a layover in Amsterdam and I think I have it figured out. Walking around to see the canals and then going to the Van Gogh museum sounds perfect to me. Although who knows because there are 107 days until we leave, but who's counting? I'll keep you updated on preparation and classes I will be taking soon!
